Always stick to the Outer Wall of the Zone

Chamber of Innocence has a somewhat Static Layout, they Key Difference between the Variants is in the East Part of the Zone. When the Rooms connect South to the Boss Arena.

You can identify when to move South based on the first elevated Section that cuves South. If the only way to continue is the Passage South, head South to find the Boss Room. Otherwise move West till you get the next Passage South, then that is the Correct Passage to the Boss Room.

After killing Innocence a 2nd Exit opens that places you near the Waypoint.
